Greg Luczak was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has been a resident of Colorado Springs since 2004. He believes this is the best city in the world and is deeply invested in Colorado Springs' growth and future. Licensed as a Realtor since 2009, Greg has sold over $20m in volume for the previous 3 years, and was awarded the Colorado Springs Independents Best Of ... Realtor in 2015. Sean Neary was born in Aurora, Illinois, and like many Colorado Springs residents, fell in love with the city during his time in the US Army. Sean performed many duties in his time with the Army, including as a Light Wheel Mechanic, Aviation Door Gunner on a CH47 Chinook Helicopter and finishing his career as an Intelligence Sargent. During his military career he and his family moved within the US and overseas over a dozen times! So he is uniquely experienced to help clients using their VA benefits, and has firsthand knowledge and experience with all of the stresses, issues and concerns that come with anyone moving. Sean strives to provide a First Class, Full service home buying and selling experience to each and everyone of our clients, regardless of their situation, and to create an experience for his clients that goes far beyond being "just satisfied". Sean is a valued member of the Luczak Real Estate team.
Sheryl Ellis
Sheryl Ellis is a Buyers Agent with Luczak Real Estate. She is committed to giving her clients the highest quality of service. She is also a devoted mother of 3 United States Air Force Academy Graduates, and a loving wife of a retired Air Force Graduate and Pilot. She is a tireless worker and will always go above and beyond for her clients.
Kevin and his wife, Marla, have owned property in Colorado since 2007. They had dreamed of living full time in Colorado so, after many years (18 moves) as a business executive in corporate and field assignments, they made the decision to make one last move to Colorado Springs. In fact the entire family is back together again after their two sons, and their families, moved to Colorado Springs this past year. Kevin enjoys running, biking, hiking, remodeling, and spending time with his family when he is not working with his clients. After so many personal moves, Kevin understands what is necessary to take care of his clients as they buy or sell their property. His negotiating skills, professional approach, networking, and overall business experience will definitely support you and your upcoming transaction. Nolan Johnson
Nolan was born and raised in Colorado Springs and has been around and involved in the Colorado Springs real estate market from a young age. Coming from a family of realtors, builders, investors and mortgage lenders, Nolan's knowledge in the market created a clear path to real estate. Before obtaining his Realtor's license, Nolan was a top producing mortgage lender. Outside of real estate, Nolan enjoys fitness, the Colorado outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. Nolan also holds a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.
Jenise Tuitt
Jenise was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and is the office manager at Luczak Real Estate.After serving 31 years as a financial manager for the Department of Defense in Europe andseveral locations stateside, she decided to retire and make beautiful Colorado Springs home. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Management and lends her skill set to supporting office operations at Luczak Real Estate. When not working, Jenise enjoys traveling and spending time with her wonderful grandchildren AJ and Maya.
Randy Tuitt
Randy arrived in Colorado Springs in May 1995 as a teenage military family member and hasbeen here since that time. Randy loves the area – and has attended D11 and D49 schools, and was a small business owner in Colorado Springs for several years. He coordinates all aspects of marketing for Luczak Real Estate – from regularly assisting in managing and enhancing our social media presence to coordinating client and vendor appreciation events. Also, he’s the proud Dad to his beautiful daughter Maya.
