Colt Roan, Esq., has recently joined the Keller Williams Client’s Choice team after separating from active duty with the United States Air Force after 7 years of service as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). He is continuing his service today with the Reserve Corps. He has actively engaged in the local real estate market for the past five years and has developed the skills and knowledge it takes to successfully partner with clients for one of life’s most important chapters, buying and selling a home. With his legal background and personal experience buying and selling homes, Colt knows exactly what it takes to provide a smooth and successful closing for clients. Most importantly, Colt intimately understands what it means to be an active and effective advocate for clients during every step of the process. Colt lives with his wife Nancy and two pups here in Colorado Springs. They are avid outdoorsmen, spending time hunting, fishing, and travelling.
